Richard T. Fahey  -  President
Richard graduated from Oglethorpe University and attended on a
full academic scholarship. Richard has more than 22  years of
construction experience. Richard was the superintendent on
multi-million dollar projects, such as Marriott Courtyard, Ramada
Inn, renovating West End Mall, three Target stores, and
approximately 100 retail stores. Richard's hands-on approach in
getting the job done has built long-lasting relationships with our
clients. Additionally, Richard is able to directly control the job
progress by utilizing the staff of RTF Construction.

Mark D. Marietta, Sr.  -  Vice President
Mark received a Bachelors Degree in Construction and an
Associates Degree in Architecture from Southern Tech. Mark has
been in the construction industry for 28 years, with projects
ranging from hospital additions and core base building
construction, to build out office, warehouse, and retail spaces.
During the bidding process and value engineering throughout the
project, Mark consistently takes the extra step to ensure that the
lowest cost is achieved.
